The computer vision group gathers ISIT's members around topics of computer vision and closely related fields such as augmented and virtual reality. Topics of interest include image registration, 3D reconstruction, and tracking.
The task of Digital Geometry (and Topology) is to provide a geometrical mathematical theory of the pixel and voxel shapes that arise in many applications from medical imagery to image analysis.
|Evaluation and health informatics||
The Evaluation & Health Informatics group includes members all involved in fields of methodology, biostatistics and/or medical informatics.
|Physical and physiological models||
This group's topics are models dealing with image formation and gray level evolution in order to compute advanced attachment terms for medical image processing.
